Esap Link operates as a technology platform connecting users seeking local maintenance, repair, and artisan services (such as solar installation, AC repair, and electrical work) with verified independent technicians. While we vet and verify credentials, Esap Link acts as an intermediary matchmaker and payment facilitator.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact and location information when requesting a dispatch.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Users must provide a safe environment for technicians arriving at their premises.

4. Payments and In-App Escrow

All service payments must be processed securely through the platform integrations (e.g., Paystack). Funds remain protected until service delivery milestones or job closures are acknowledged. Users agree not to bypass the platform for transactions involving technicians found via Esap Link.

5. Limitation of Liability

Esap Link facilitates connections with independent professionals. While we run rigorous background and trade checks, Esap Link is not directly liable for unforeseen property damages or disputes arising outside standard service guidelines, though our support team will actively assist in mediation.
